EPSON SPXO(Simple Packaged Crystal Oscillator) MHz晶体振荡器
爱普生为每种应用提供各种不同尺寸、频率、OE/ST 功能和温度范围的简单封装晶体振荡器和 SAW 振荡器。 SPXO 无需温度补偿和频率控制即可提供出色的频率稳定性。将由 AT 或 BT 切割基波或泛音组成的晶体单元及其振荡电路置于同一封装中,我们的晶体时钟振荡器的设计和制造可在施加设定电压时提供稳定的信号输出。一般客户在购买晶体单元并在其振荡电路中使用时,首先需要在安装前提供模拟设置。其中包括负载电容的设置、振荡容限以及温度变化引起的特性变化。使用爱普生的晶体时钟振荡器,这些设置已经由我们提供,因此它们的输出信号可以直接控制 TTL 和 CMOS IC。这缩短了客户的设计流程,并有助于标准化使用的零件。我们的晶体时钟振荡器还具有 VCXO 功能和 Try-state 功能。 VCXO 功能可以通过外部控制电压控制输出频率,而输出使能功能通过在供电时输出带有控制信号的信号来将输出端子保持在高阻抗水平。
